It is the users' responsibility to ensure that the devices that are used to access ParentVUE are compatible with ParentVUE. While SCPS will strive to provide uninterrupted access to ParentVUE, due to browser and internet services and other factors that are beyond SCPS' control, uninterrupted access may not always be possible. SCPS cannot offer personal troubleshooting services if there are difficulties connecting to or using ParentVUE.

B. Accuracy of Information
SCPS will make reasonable efforts to ensure information displayed on ParentVUE is accurate and complete. Parents/guardians should check their student's personal and contact information periodically to ensure that everything remains accurate. If changes are needed, please notify your student's school office. Questions about attendance may be addressed to the school attendance office, and questions about grades should be addressed to the student's teacher.

All users with access to ParentVUE understand that SCPS will monitor their account access and agree that ParentVUE is intended to be an educational tool for authorized users only.
